Vladyslav Malashchenko Founder of the Good Bread platform

A therapeutic educator, entrepreneur, and activist, Vladyslav creates spaces where work becomes a tool for integration, dignity, and support.
Since 2017, he has led Good Bread from Good People — Ukraine’s first social bakery employing individuals with intellectual disabilities. In 2022, he expanded this vision into Good Bread, a broader inclusive platform with educational, volunteer, and humanitarian initiatives.
Vladyslav shares his experience as a guest speaker in the President MBA program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS), where he speaks on the topic of social entrepreneurship.
